Proud to be a "G" Athlete

Today I shot a commercial for Gatorade - I'm proud to be the first MMA athlete to be sponsored by Gatorade, and also proud for the sport - it shows how far it has come. It's really an honor for me to be the company of such other great athletes. Tomorrow I shoot the movie "Death Warrior" - I'll write more in a few days when I have some time. Thanks to everyone for all their support!

Good luck with the movie shoot GSP, hope it goes well. I know when i talk with people at work, they don't know anything about MMA or UFC but they've heard of some Canadian dude named Georges St. Pierre. Now when they see a Gatorade clip with GSP, they'll begin to wonder what they are missing out on! BTW i'm digging the GSP SilverStar shirt, I just got mine! Cheers Georges.

Nobody said it was ok to use roids and hgh and grease up.Yes there are fighters out there that do that but I believe Georges is not one of them. He has passed all his drug tests. Or did Dana and the commision cover those up as well? If the sport is so bad why do you still follow it?

Here is what the Media doesnt tell you Fiighters have been taking illegal supplements and
passing the tests because he has many smart medical Doctor friends. GSP has even admitted about his special "doctor network" in interviews before.
Ever wonder why GSP's face has ACNE.I mean a 28 year old with ACNE.especially in the weeks leading up to the fight.its becaus of the use of steroids, hgh, and illegal testosterone boosters with masking agents.
I mean the guy is way past puberty to be getting sever ACNE dont you think?

I beg you to ask someone who knows..google facial and body features due to hgh and steroid use.

You are ruining the sport over something you have no proof, or right to make acusations about. Beleive it or not Mr. BJ Nut Hugger, people can actually get into phenominal shape without substances. Why are you trying to bash the sport and it's athletes? You claim your out to do good but your just ruining the sport and it's athletes. I think BJ Penn was using illegal substances for his fight with Joe Stevenson. Why was he in such great shape with his abs he so proudly showed off for just that one fight. Since then and since he stopped taking the substances and hes gone back to being fat. See GSP has allways been in great shape since day 1 so what makes you think he's abusing the system? BJ Penn has used illegal substances everyone because I think and say so. Beleive me everyone because I am right about everything i can think up and beleive.

K... just left "off the record" TSN. That was a great interview of GSP. It takes place on the set of his latest movie. GSP was funny as hell, you guys have to check it out. It was pretty short though, and I think he's sick, you could hear it in his voice. Thanks mmapurity great find I'm always looking for the latest of GSP. LOL!!!

I love it. And I'm sorry but that is nothing compared to what BJs been spitting out. Compared to other athletes I've seen who show no class, that was funny. He probably shouldn't have said that because we know BJ will take that seriously. Haha maybe GSP and I can do a gatorade commerical together. You know if rowers ever get popular enough.

      Actually Dana is pissed because he can't control all aspects of Georges and his career. Dana is a typical control freak whereas Georges is in charge of his own world with no one control it except him. Notice how cool Dana is when it comes to Georges, friendly but no real love there. He needs to grow up and support the man who puts money in his pocket.

Haha difference between GSP and BJ is, Dana doesn't need to call GSP to make sure he's training hard and not goofing off. Dana needs to realize that GSP signing with CAA is huge for the sport of MMA and for the UFC. CAA represents some of the best athletes. For example, Derek Jeter, Tony Hawk, Sidney Crosby. And if he gets mad for GSP getting an endorsement deal from Gatorade, then he's the type of man that doesn't want MMA to succeed.

You got GSP the fighter, GSP the actor/model and now you have GSP the MMA figth analyst. I learned yesterday that GSP will be the fight analyst for next week April 1st UFC fight night that will be on the air live on a french tv chanel in Quebec (TQS). That is great news for us and hopefully the live presentation will help promote the sport here in Quebec. Even more that our Habs will most likely not make the playoff!!

Vraiment cool GSP, je suis certains que cette intiative de TQS va faire le promotion du MMA au Quebec. J'ai vraiment hâte d'entendre tes analyses sur les combats.

There could be no better candidate to represent mma than you and it is fitting that you be the first mma athlete sponsored by gatorade. The classy and professional manner in which you conduct yourself and the respect you give to other fighters combined with your outstanding work ethic and sheer determination to take your talent to it's absolute limit echoes back to a time when we had athletes like Michael Jordan and Wayne Gretzky. People who inside and outside their sport conducted themselves in a way that people could look up to them and look at them as something to aspire to as a person regardless of their physical talents. It is a breath of fresh air these days to see someone with such an incredible level of talent that is still humble and respectful and appreciative and that believes that hard work and integrity is the way to success in life. No one exemplifies this in modern sports better than you. Thank you for being an impeccable example of what an athlete should be and more importantly, of what a person should be.

Regardless of the accusations from Penn camp, the better fighter won this fight., you are one (if not #1)of the best mma fighters in the world as well as a indivdual whom has always seemed respectful and has integrity, you have replaced the Iceman as the face for the UFC... also congrats on the Gatorade deal! Not too damn bad having your name amongst the few select elite names like Tiger, Jordan, and Manning. As much as I love my boy Wanderlei, and much, much respect to the mighty Fedor... you have got to be the best pound for pounder in the world.. your belt isn't going anywhere
